Prashidika Chettri serves as the Head of Department (HOD) – Test Preparation at Education Asia, leading the institution’s English language proficiency training division with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success. With extensive experience in IELTS and PTE preparation, she oversees the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality training programs that equip students with the skills and confidence to achieve their target scores.

As a Pearson Certified PTE Trainer, holding a Level 2 Professional Certificate and a Credly Badge, Prashidika combines her professional expertise with innovative teaching methodologies to ensure every student receives comprehensive and result-oriented guidance. She works closely with instructors to maintain the highest teaching standards, continuously enhance course materials, and implement effective learning strategies aligned with the latest examination formats.

Holding an academic background in Psychology, she brings a unique understanding of student learning behavior, allowing her to develop personalized approaches that maximize performance across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Her leadership focuses not only on academic achievement but also on fostering a supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
